The trust standard
How ProofChain works
Three simple ideas make a ProofReport different from anything else about your home: signed by the party in the best position to know, hashed into a per-home Merkle tree, and controlled by the owner.
Signed by an accountable party
Every event carries a cryptographic signature from the professional who did the work — contractor, inspector, insurer, or municipality. No self-reporting counts as verified.
Hashed into a Merkle tree
Each signed event is hashed and folded into a per-home Merkle root. Change one line, the root changes — you can prove nothing has been tampered with.
Owner-controlled visibility
You decide what's public, what's preview, what unlocks in a paid ProofReport, and what only verified buyers can see. Nothing leaks without your signature.

ProofPromise
Guaranteed accurate — or we credit the buyer.
If a verified fact in a ProofReport turns out to be materially wrong at closing, we credit the buyer up to $5,000 CAD. No other property report offers this — because no other property report is built on cryptographic attestations.
