Accessibility Statement

Last updated: 2026-07-18

HKMM Group Inc., operator of ProofChain, is committed to making our digital services accessible to everyone — including people with disabilities. We design and test against WCAG 2.1 Level AA and comply with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) and the federal Accessible Canada Act.

What we do

  • Semantic HTML, keyboard navigability, and visible focus states on every interactive element.
  • Sufficient colour contrast in both light and high-contrast themes.
  • Alt text on informative images; captions and transcripts for video where used.
  • Forms with programmatic labels, error messages, and status announcements.
  • Responsive layout down to 320 CSS pixels, no horizontal scrolling for essential content.
  • PDF exports (ProofReport) with tagged structure for screen readers.

Known gaps

We continually audit. Some third-party embeds (payment checkout, mapping tiles) may not fully meet AA. We work with those vendors and offer an accessible alternative on request.

Feedback

If you encounter a barrier, tell us — we prioritize accessibility bugs. Email accessibility@proofchain.world. We acknowledge within 2 business days and provide a plan or a fix within 15 business days for AA-level barriers, faster for blockers.

Alternate formats

We provide accessible alternate formats (large print, plain text, or accessible PDF) of any public ProofChain document on request, free of charge, within the timelines set by AODA.
