Cookie Policy

ProofChain (a product of HKMM Group Inc., Ontario, Canada) uses a minimal set of cookies and browser storage. We do not run advertising trackers and do not sell your browsing behavior.

1. Strictly necessary

• Session & auth — keeps you signed in.
• Consent state — remembers your Law 25 / cookie choices so we don't ask again on every visit.
• Language preference — EN, FR-CA, ES-MX, ZH-CA.
• Security — CSRF and rate-limit tokens.

These cannot be disabled — the service does not work without them.

2. Product analytics (with consent)

First-party product analytics stored in our own database (no third-party ad networks). We log feature usage and page views to a product_events table so we can improve the product. You can turn this off in Settings → Privacy.

3. No advertising cookies

We do not embed Facebook Pixel, Google Ads, LinkedIn Insight, or similar. We do not sell data to data brokers.

4. Third-party processors

• Paddle — payments (only when you check out).
• Lovable Cloud — backend hosting for our database, auth, storage.
• Lovable Emails — transactional email delivery.

5. Withdrawing consent

Change your preferences any time from the Law 25 banner (bottom of screen) or Settings → Privacy. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing prior to withdrawal.
