Anti-Spam (CASL) Commitments

ProofChain is a product of HKMM Group Inc., Ontario, Canada. We comply with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) for every commercial electronic message we send.

1. Consent

We send you a Commercial Electronic Message (CEM) only when we have:

• Express consent you gave us (checked opt-in at signup, on a marketing form, or in a partner agreement), or
• Implied consent flowing from an existing business relationship (an active account, a paid ProofReport, a partner subscription) — for the duration CASL permits, and
• A transactional exception for account-related messages (password resets, receipts, security alerts, home-passport events, warranty status, appointment reminders) — these are not marketing.

2. Identification

Every marketing email identifies the sender ("HKMM Group Inc., operator of ProofChain"), our physical mailing address (146 Thirtieth Street, Suite 100, Etobicoke, Ontario M8W 3C4, Canada), our phone (+1 289-643-9839), and a reply channel at hello@proofchain.world.

3. One-click unsubscribe

Every marketing email carries a working unsubscribe link that requires no login and takes effect within 10 business days (typically immediately). You can also manage notification channels in Settings → Privacy.

4. Public ProofReport requests

When you request a ProofReport by email through a public listing page, that is a single-transaction message — we send the report and do not add you to any marketing list without your explicit opt-in.

5. Complaints

Report a CASL concern to privacy@proofchain.world. We respond within 10 business days. You may also file with the CRTC at crtc.gc.ca.
